Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, and automobile andbicycle parts. The powder coating line enables chemical treatment of steel, zinc-coated and aluminum sheet products for interior and exterior use. This line is used for electrostatic powder application and the system features a quick change system for paint shades, meaning it can also be used for smaller production runs.
